My phone automatically keeps recording voices around it.

I am using Sony Xperia U. When I was checking my ACR call recording list, I was shocked to see a file named - Unknown and when I played it, it was a voice recording of more than an hour. I didn't even realize then, but everything was being recorded.

How could this be possible?

To stop the call recording, simply go to the Dialer application on your phone. It's usually called Phone. Once you are in the Dialer section, press the soft menu button and access Settings. You will access the Settings where Call Recording is also found. Adjust the settings to prevent automatic recording and that's it.
