How do I get to "clear user data"? My scanner is plugged to the computer and says "Mass Storage". Where do I go to clear user data. Have been searching for an hour and can't figure it out.

The scanner doesn't have a user data section to clear it. You can reset it using the Power button. Press on the Power button and keep it pressed for a couple of seconds. After this operation, the scanner will reset all its settings and any other custom configuration. The Mass Storage is the storage available withing the scanner. It may be an SDcard, a USB flash driver, or a built-in hard drive.
