You need to turn off the SYNC operation. For Facebook use, the following options based on the operating system used by your phone:
Android: Menu > Account > App Settings > Sync Photos then Don't sync my photos
iOS: Open Facebook, and go to Profile > Photos > Synced then tap on the GEAR icon.
For Google, access the Photos application and go to its settings and you should have the possibility to disable it.
