Is there a IODA instructions manual?

Where can I find instructions on how to operate IODA with fits files?

There is no manual with instructions on how to use the application, but you have the possibility to access the official website that acts as a manual. If you visit the website, use the menu on the left to browse through available topics. Those topics contain the instructions on how to use the application.

I also want to say that I had the same problem, I tried to use the software to write my blog for video chatting (here for anyone interested) and I had several questions, I can not find them. As I see, you have not been fully answered either, too bad, I guess I will subscribe to this thread to get answers as soon as they are available.
