Original files lost during conversion.

I would like to have a technical question support with the convertaudiofree.

Today I tried to convert several Quicktime MOV files to other format. After importing them, I clicked the "convert selected" but the process seems to be frozen. Then I tried to restart the application and I found the original files are lost!

Can you tell me how can I recover them?

You can recover the applications with the help of Recuva. I have used it many times when the files on my computer have been accidentally deleted. Install Recuva through the application's page at Software Informer and then start it. Use the Wizard to select the partition where the files were installed as well as the search mode. In your case, you should check the option for video files. Start the recovery process and then wait for the result list to fill. Once you have found the files, right click them and choose another partition other than original to save the newly recovered files.
