The application won't play previews.

My eMotion Desktop won't play any show or music previews. I've even tried uninstalling and re-installing, and restarting my computer. I get an error message saying "This program cannot read this webpage format". My Internet is working, everything works fine, except for eMotion.

The error tells you that the application can't play the format because it's not compatible with it. In this case, you should make sure that the format you are trying to play is supported by the eMotion Desktop.
