If you're using a local player to play the video, then I recommend reinstalling the application. This way, you will restore all the default files to their default condition. Alternatively, if you want to watch an online video, then the problem can be caused by buffering or because you have slow Internet connection. In either case, turn off all the background applications that might consume bandwidth and then try playing the video again.
