Unfortunately, the Zygrib isn't available for the iPad. According to the official information, you can install the application on the following operating systems: Linux, Mac OS X, and Windows.
As an alternative to Zygrib, you can use iGrib. The iGrib application allows you to view content just like Zygrib does.
