Well, the problem seems to be on your side since the caller can't hear you. Make sure the microphone is plugged into the pink jack of your sound card. Go to Start> Control Panel > Sounds and Audio Devices> Audio tab an check if your microphone is recognized or if the volume is set to the minimum.
