I have a communication problem.

When I try to send results to SBU using Internet interface, I get message "Error 2147220960 The sending configuration is invalid." I am using Firefox as Internet browser.

Since this error appears for multiple applications, the fix might be different for everyone. I recommend checking the websites and results on the Google Search page. I have seen other users with the same problem. Access the website and read about the discussions for this issue. But if you receive a configuration invalid error, then it means something isn't configured properly with your Internet browser. Access it Settings and make sure that no proxy is set up and then repeat the process.
