Yes, Windows Media Player allows you to create CDs and DVDs, but to activate the module, you need to attach a DVD-RW to your computer. Once the device has been attached and installed (automatic install!), it should be available in the Windows Media Player Burn tab. Check the image below for guidance. There is an online guide which explains the correct burning method as well as the settings you need to configure.
