After installing GTA VC , Windows can't find the game files to run it (which are obviously installed, I've checked it). Is there any way to solve this problem? I really want to play.

If Windows doesn't detect your game's installation, then you will have to re-install it. The paths for the game are stored on the registry and you've probably installed it without Administrator rights. Remove the game, then right click the setup and choose Run as Administrator and it should work.

Additionally, go to Start > Run > regedit and follow this path:

[HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City]

[HKEYLOCALMACHINE\SOFTWARE\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\1.00.000]

Make sure the strings in the folder point to the correct path.
