Where can I get a Skype translator for my Android device? I am not using Windows, but seems that's the only OS it will run on.
Skype Google Translator isn't available for Android, but you can install another application that has compatibility with this operating system. Access the application's page at Google Play Store and install the application. It's called DROTR - Calls&Chat Translator. There are other applications created for this process. You can access them from the same website.
