Each time I tried installing the software, no matter what version (3.1, 3.3, 3.4) it will hang during installation of DirectX 9.0c and then it will stop the installation. Can someone tell me how this works?
If you have problems with the installation, simply download the DirectX application directly from the Microsoft website and install it as standalone. Right click the setup package and select Run as Administrator. After this process, start the installation of testo IRSoft Software and it should work. As the version on the Microsoft website is the latest one, you already have it installed and the installer will bypass it.
