XV3 app is not responding.

The app has stopped responding after the system went down due to a power failure.
I have reinstalled the app but it's still hanging. There is a new issue now: Hardware could not be detected. The sensor gets detected after trying alternative ways.

If the application refuses to work, then you need to perform a fresh installation of the software. This requires a few things. First remove the application and its drivers from the Device manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc). Secondly, download CCleaner and install it. Run Registry and file cleaner. Click on Registry and and delete everything it finds, for a couple of times.

After this operation, reboot the computer then install your software and watch the Device manager for the driver to install properly and it should work.
