Unfortunately, the application doesn't work on Windows 7 due to its installer and this is the cause why most applications haven't been developed for a 64bit operating system. If you have the possibility, try to install the application on a 32bit operating system (preferably Windows XP) then use a USB stick to transfer the application and apply the compatibility settings. The software should work this way.
