There is no software created for this operation, but you can do it manually. Use a file manager and navigate to the following path: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Sign In\Config\username@domain. Delete the contents in the directory and then restart Outlook and other related services. This is the process of cleaning the autodiscover function.
