Are there any other stock or official "FTP server" avail for PS3 without jailbreaking?

All the available applications are considered homebrew and you can't run them unless the Playstation is jailbroken. The company does not allow file tampering, which means you will have no possibility to install a homebrew application on a stock PS3. You can't do it unless the PS3 console is jailbroken.

Jailbreaking the console will also void the warranty for the console.
