If you can't install WhatsApp from the available Play Stores, then access the official website and download the installation file in form of an APK. Access the website and save the APK file to your desktop. Double click it and the installation should start automatically. At the end, restart Bluestacks and you will be able to access the app. Follow the activation procedure and that's it.
