There is a website that allows you to log-in with the account you need to create to backup the contacts of your phone. Access the BlackBerry Internet Service website and create an account. Log-in and follow the instructions. Additionally, download BlackBerry Desktop Software and create a backup for your contacts. Export them to CSV then log-in on Gmail > Contacts and import the file. On your S4, add the Gmail account, perform the sync and the contacts will be sent to your phone.
