In order to get the font you are asking for, first you should download from Google Play an application with a large database of fonts. It seems that Fontomizer SP has this font in its database. To install the application you need to check Unknown Sources in your Android phone. You can do that by going into Settings> Applications> Check Unknown source. From this step it should be easy: just navigate to the font you want, click it and install. A reboot of the phone should complete the job as now the phone has the font needed and you can read what you want to.
