It seems that the error that you encounter is related to the storage from your device. To fix it, try checking if you have enough space. Also, it might help to stop all the running services from Google services and clear the cache for them. To do this, go to Menu > Settings > Application > Running services. From there, stop all the processes that are related to Google and reboot your phone.
Another solution to your problem is to go to Settings > Application > All tab, search for Google Play and tap on it in order to Clear Cache and Clear Data.
