It's impossible for this to happen because Google Chrome is fully optimized for Yahoo's interface. There are no known issues. However, there's a trick that will greatly help you.
Restart the computer then go to BIOS and check your system time. Set it right and then start Windows. Check the clock again and make sure you are on the right timezone then access Yahoo again. It should work now.
