I have a RSA SecurID Token Key which was left and is still activated by a previous GM at our Hotel Group, however I have contacted my IHG Warm Team for help and they provided me with a website to go to set up a new PIN for me to use, but the website is not available. They said to enter your AMER network ID/Username, however I do not understand what this is?
Our Hotel Group uses the Opera Operating System.
