Problems with deleting program.

I followed your instruction on how to delete the program, but it will not uninstall unless I close a list of programs which include my antivirus and protection provided by Norton 360, which I will not do. So how can I delete this program without endangering my computer?

It's known that the program refuses to uninstall if you have Norton 360 installed. I recommend you reset the computer and boot into Safe Mode then use an application like Combofix to get rid of it. In Safe Mode, even if Norton will run, its modules will be used at their low state. Download and launch Combofix and you should get rid of the application once and for all, even if Norton is running.
