My Dell version 3.5.642.22 has an error.

The error is : "Installation was not completed successfully. You must reboot the system before you may install again."

I have rebooted and tried again twice, after turning off all antivirus apps,
I still get errors.

There seems to be a problem with your computer because My Dell application is compatible with most of the Windows operating systems. My advice is to access the official website to download the newest version of the software then right click the setup launcher and select Run as Administrator. Before that, use CCleaner to clean the registry entries and the application should install normally.

Sounds like registry errors or something. I used ADV Tweaks Suite free and that did the trick on my system. It found like 700 errors on in my registry, plus some system file damage.
