Can zte savvy tether?

i also tried this and there is not a tethering & portable hotspot function under the settings menu anywhere!  
This device cannot be used as Hotspot Tethering.  
The phone cannot have this function,u can check some third party apps.  
I also have the Warp and have failed to establish a hotspot through it. I succeeded on two or three occasions to tether it to a Windows 7 netbook via usb, but it was more often a miss than a hit.... 
with the PdaNet+ app u can tether through USB and it works great but always fails if u try to use the hotspot option, but if u use it for ur PC (USB) like me then PdaNet+ is what u need  
I tether my warp all the time. You need to use pdanet 3.0 on your computer and it makes no difference what version you have on your phone. Also use this as the pass so it is consistent...
