ZTE Warp doesn't allow me to access Tethering & portable hotspot menu.

Hello, the ZTE Warp settings do not allow me to access Tethering & portable hotspot menu. I do not know why it is disabled, but it does not appear in the settings.

I double-checked the information and I can confirm that I wasn't wrong and indeed the phone has WiFi capability and a Hotspot feature.

WLAN:   Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g, Wi-Fi hotspot
OS  :    Android OS, v2.3 (Gingerbread)

You can find tethering menu under Wireless & Networks in the phone's main settings.
