You can eaaily upgrade your android 2.3.4 or 2.3.5 gingerbread to version 4.0 or ... your android phone and and it will start upgrading automatically ... 3 hours or so to upgrade....

u should go to ur phone setting and phone managment then u go to software update or sth like that and from there u can update ur phone's firmware
