You can't upgrade the Android version on this phone because Android 4.0 hasn't been planned to be included in uppdates. This phone supports Android Gingerbread 2.3 only. However, to apply latest updates regarding Gingerbread, you can either use Kies or the OTA update from Menu > Settings > About Phone > Software update. A WiFi connection is required because of big packages that are going to be downloaded.
