omg thank you so much. I was on 99% and it was downloading for 2 days and then it said no resume report.

If fdm says no resume report just right click and ...
It depends on download type. If the server you downloaded your file does support resuming (most of them) - you can continue from that point. Otherwise you should download it from the beginning.
