How to Block Ebay Pop-ups:
Go to your Watch ... "View Page Info"
Ebay Page Info will pop up.
Select PERMISSIONS ... down to:
Show Notifications
BLOCK IT.
Open Pop-up Windows
BLOCK THEM.
YAY!
