How to block pop-up windows in Google Chrome?
What I founded in Google support. I think you need "Allow all pop-ups" section.

on upper right of any page in Chrome ..customize and control Google Chrome...drop down to settinge..drop down to open advance settings..click contents..it offers what is(recommended) or allow all sites and or manage exceptions
pop ups? do you mean certain websites? If you know the name or the url of the site, you can use Aobo Filter to block them.
