How to delete calls from nokia 311?

In the log list, instead of tapping which initiates a call to that number, just hold you finger on the number until a menu comes up. You can then copy the number to your contact list. 

... Nokia PC Suite and if the application allows you to transfer calling ... copy numbers belonging to people called you.
