The Nokia Asha 311 doesn't have TV Channels installed by default. However, different parts of the world use custom ROMs for phone and it's possible that those TV Channels were installed from the carrier. In this case, the only way you can remove the TV Channels is from the one where you purchased it or at a local phone service shop. The phone needs to be re-flashed with a ROM which doesn't contain these icons.
