Finally, thanks... i was cracking my head for no reason until i found this article or blog. I have unlocked the photon+ dongle but when i try and use it with a gsm sim, there is not signal or network ...

Tata Photon+ is EVDO(CDMA2000) Service hence you cann't use any GSM/3g sim, you can unlock dongle using CDMA workshop for use of any CDMA RUIM cards

No you cannot access sim in photon+. I think it's for show :P
You can use any regular Internet enabled GSM SIM card as the dongle has support for GSM SIM cards, but this is not enough as you will need to get additional configuration settings from your Internet ...
