Question

You answered my question about foot pedal controls by suggesting I might need to change the default port. Please advise how can I do this.

To configure the pedal and its components, open Express Scribe then go to Options > Controller. Initiate the wizard guide and follow the instructions. This will allow it to configure the foot pedal with the software. During the process, Express Scribe will properly identify the foot pedal's port and assign it. Make sure that the drives are installed properly for the food pedal you're using.
