I've used NmeaRouter under Windows to transfer Nmea data available on a UDP port to OpenCPN. Great software. Does anyone know of similar software that will run under Linux/Ubuntu?
There are a few applications that you can use as an alternative for Nmea Router. For example, PolarView NS and MUPLEX are two applications from this field of work that might help you with your needs. Access their websites and download them. Both applications are compatible with Linux OS.
