The MadeenaPlus dialers are developed on the C++/NET Framework platform. It means that you will need to install the necessary runtimes in your computer before starting the application. For this purpose, install Visual C++ Runtime 2010 and .NET Framework 4. Based on your download speed and CPU power, the installation of NET Framework might take a couple of minutes and a restart is recommended at the end of the installation.
Reboot the computer, then launch the application again and it should work just fine.
