Game audio is cut off of video.

Question

When I'm recording, I can hear the game audio just fine. But when I finish recording and look at the video, all I can hear is myself talking. I would like to have my voice and game audio both in the video. How do I do this?

If you can't hear the voice, it means the software is configured to record only the voice from the microphone, even if during the play session the game is working just fine. This means that you need to change the settings of the application to capture the sound from the both sources. Access the settings and make sure to choose Input from microphone and output from the game.

Windows or Mac are you running? Maybe you can try another gameplay recorder to save your time and energy. I myself usually use Joyoshare Screen Recorder for Mac and PC to record gameplay on Mac. I am used to recording both system audio and my own voice using the microphone input supported by the program. Just to add, it is able to record fast-paced games in 1080p without any latency and watermark. I like it.
