I receive the following message: "user/device status check failed - too many failed additional authentication attempts." I am able to operate in my first computer, but not on my additional laptops.
It's possible that you are not allowed to install or log-in on multiple laptops. This is a banking application which means you will have to authorize the devices or the system doesn't allow multiple logins in the same time.
