Receiving software issues with Social Booth.

I am having software issues. I keep getting a message that says "Please select a coordinates.txt file" and it won't let me import my template. Sometimes it works. Then I have to close down and relaunch everything. As of last night the program shuts down in the middle of the event and mixed up the event file of the templates. I keep getting a script error that I have to bypass to get through events. There was a tech software developer at my event who told me that it was a glitch in the software. Please advise on what I should do? I can't keep running into these problems and I don't want to have to re-learn a new software system, but I will do what is best for my events.

The first thing you need to do is to re-install the software. Acquire a new version from the official website using the Free Trial button. Download and install the new version and then load the data into the new application. If you have problems with the application then I recommend using the Support page to open a ticket. Since you are a customer, the developer should provide support for its application.
