Is TCX Converter available on Mac?

Just downloaded it on Mavericks OS X. It's type is .asp and I am not sure how to use it.

The correct file you need to download for you Mac is TCX-C-Experience2030Universal Binary.zip. This file can be obtained from its official website. It's possible that you've obtained the file because of download manager take over. Disable any download manager and attempt the download again.
