Is there a guide or manual for this software? With what form should I report Long Section Girder in APK & FPK?

Luckily for you, there is an installation guide and a user guide for this application. To access them, visit Google Search and download the PDF files from the Lloyd's Register website. A compatible PDF reader is required in order to open this type of files. Adobe Reader is a good choice.
