After some searching I've found out that there are multiple versions of the Cleantouch software. The developers attributed Cleantouch to their programs making it difficult to say what's the one that you need.
I recommend checking the official website where all the products are listed. Identify the product, then click on its box and on the right side in the menu there will be the user guide. Make sure that you have Adobe Reader or something compatible to open PDF files.
