Maybe I have an old version of the software, or the drivers are not up to date, but I really need to get this done. Some of the labels did print accurately, but it seemed to be going out of alignment gradually. I did nothing different.
My advice is to check your printer's alignment because the software just sends the data to the software and not much else. It's likely that something is wrongly configured on the printer. Use the support software for the printer and then perform a test by printing a test page. Additionally, align the printer using the feature from the same application. After the printer is aligned, try to print another label. It should print normally.
