I want to convert Roxio CD labels to exPressit CD labels. Can it be done?

Try to export the labels in the format of a standard image, then use the import function in exPressit. This is way more convenient than converting between proprietary files. If you carefully export the size of the image to the one used by the CD, DVDs, etc then you should be able to use it in exPressit.
