Dear Robert Polubinski, during the update I did click on "YES" and I tried to save the settings and apps etc., but still I can't find my pictures. I even saved the BSTData.sparsefsbackup on my desktop. The file size is 645 MB. But in the folder I see 2 files: 1) Map 2) Store, but I don't know how to execute these files. Also I did save BSTDATACard.sparsefsbackup and it's showing that the file size is 93MB and the folder contains files: 1) Map 2) Store. Any help will be appreciated. I just want to get my SD Card pictures back.

If you know that the files are stored on the SD card, then simply re-install Bluestacks and copy these files to where they belong. Make sure that Bluestacks is closed. You can use Task Manager to close all the running applications. They're identified as HD-taskname.exe. Close all the running processes, move the files to the Bluestacks SD card folder. Restart Bluestacks and the files should be available in the Gallery application.
