DataTrak is not finding MemoMouse when connected via USB Serial Adapter.

When I try to transfer data from my Aladin Dive Computer to my laptop using a MemoMouse and USB-Serial Adapter I get an error message saying MemoMouse not found.

I have no problem transferring to an older built in COM port.

This means that the device attached to the operating port is not detected or not installed correctly. Go to Device Manager (Start > Run > devmgmt.msc) and make sure the MemoMouse is properly installed. If it's with a yellow sign, right click it and select Update driver then choose Windows Update as the source. If you have official drivers, point the installation to the folder and it should update itself then functionality will be restored.
