Can't activate the license when I changed to a new computer.

Due to my old computer damage, I can't de-activate the license on the old one to activate the license on the new computer. How can I do it? I already contacted Derman Enterprises Support and it is showing the text : Because this license was previously switched, your request is beyond our policy (as we act as an agent for various product Vendors that use LicenseControl, we have limited policies).
Please contact the software Vendor, NewSoft Technology Corp., for support in this instance.

If the software you acquire was delivered through a vendor, this means (as the errors suggests) you should contact the original developer in order to fix the problems with the activation. I recommend you to visit their website and contact them. You have the possibility to contact their support technicians by phone or e-mail.
